Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Añejo Tequila
- 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Story
After you asked for more tequila and Chartreuse options, this became the first fully spirit-forward direction in the conversation. The combination of añejo tequila, Green Chartreuse, and fortified wine leaned away from citrus and toward a contemplative stirred format.
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with cubed ice.
- Stir until chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Express a grapefruit twist over the surface and garnish.
