Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.25 oz Midori — Clarified honeydew juice may be substituted

Story

This cocktail arrived during the same series of Chartreuse Vesper riffs, but intentionally leaned into surreal, neon-green flavors. Midori introduced sweetness and fruit while Chartreuse kept the drink grounded in herbs and structure.

Method

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with cubed ice.
  3. Stir until cold and silky.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.

Notes

  • The original concept aimed for tension between sweetness and alpine herbal notes.
