Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.25 oz Clarified lime juice — Acid phosphate may be substituted

Story

While developing increasingly experimental riffs on the Chartreuse Vesper, this version intentionally broke martini structure by introducing clarified lime acidity. The result pushed the drink into an electric hybrid between a vesper and a daiquiri.

Method

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Shake hard until cold.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
