Story
This drink emerged during the focused riffing session on the Chartreuse Vesper. The goal shifted toward something woodier and more contemplative, using barrel-aged gin and dry sherry to create a darker, savory interpretation.
Method
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with cubed ice.
- Stir until fully chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
