Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila
  • 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit bitters

Story

When you asked for additional tequila and Yellow Chartreuse riffs, this cocktail became the bright floral variation. The conversation shifted away from savory and spirit-forward territory toward something more aromatic and garden-like, using elderflower and grapefruit bitters to soften and lift the herbal core.

Method

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Shake until frosty and well chilled.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with an edible flower or grapefruit peel.

Notes

    • St-Germain was the referenced elderflower liqueur in the original riff.
