Following the initial Del Santo exploration, I asked about incorporating Espolón Añejo. You proposed this riff on the modern Industry Sour (traditionally Fernet and Chartreuse) to showcase how aged agave spirits can mellow out intense herbal modifiers while keeping a professional-grade profile.

- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
