Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Gin — Bold London Dry
  • 0.75 oz Coffee liqueur — Luxardo Del Santo recommended
  • 0.75 oz Maraschino liqueur — Luxardo Originale
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice

Story

This was the starting point of our session. After I asked for cocktail ideas using Luxardo Del Santo and lime, you suggested this as the most direct application of the spirit — a bridge from the classic Chartreuse-based original to the specific botanical profile of Del Santo.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a single cherry.

Notes

  • Luxardo Del Santo acts as a “grippy” substitute for Green Chartreuse — closer in weight than mint or saffron alternatives.
